For reservations of up to 8 rooms, you have the option of canceling your reservation free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. This does not apply to the Christmas and New Year's Eve period, in which case you can cancel free of charge up to 60 days before arrival.
Free rebooking is possible up to 7 days before arrival. In the event of short-term cancellation outside these deadlines or shorteningof your roomreservation, we reserve the right to charge 80% of the room rate for the cancellation.
For group reservations of 9 rooms or more, we will be happy to make you an individual offer. Cancellation conditions may vary in this case. Please speak to our reservations team about this.
