Our House guests with half-board arrangement receive a credit of €27.00 per person for the dinner not taken in the hotel restaurant when visiting the "Hofstube Deimann" restaurant, which is included in the half-board.
We place the highest value on fresh ingredients and handling them as sustainably as possible, also in terms of delivery. We therefore ask for your understanding that due to postponed delivery dates and large bookings, small menu adjustments may have to be made at short notice.
Our Hofstube is open for you from Wednesday to Saturday. We ask our guests to be present until 7.00 pm.

Our young, exceptional chef Felix Weber is characterized by ambition, discipline and hard work as well as his fresh, creative ideas. He perfected his natural talent for cooking in the best, award-winning restaurants in Germany. Back in his home country, he was looking for an opportunity to develop his talent - and found it in the south-east of North Rhine-Westphalia, in our gourmet restaurant "Hofstube Deimann". Felix Weber brought his unique, modern French, purist style to us, earning us a Michelin star - which he has successfully defended for several years now. Felix Weber was also awarded three toques in the current Gault&Millau ranking.

Since summer 2023, Hofstube Deimann has been presenting itself in a new ambience: designed with great attention to detail and characterised by an open kitchen that makes cooking an experience. Felix Weber and his team are thus moving even closer to their guests – for authentic enjoyment and a palpable passion for cooking.
Fine dining naturally requires the right accompanying beverages. Our digital wine list, Winepad, features over 500 items – from well-known classics to special rarities that impressively reflect our wine culture.
We also offer three optional beverage pairings to accompany our 6-course gourmet menu, which you can choose according to your taste. Please feel free to contact us – we will be happy to advise you personally.
