A restaurant that has been awarded a star by the Michelin Guide - there is currently only one in the Sauerland. Experience first-class cuisine in a stylish, cozy ambience in our gourmet restaurant Hofstube Deimann and enjoy purist, French-inspired menus with interesting insights vis-á-vis the open kitchen.

PARK RESTAURANT
Enjoyment at the highest level, that is our claim, which we take very seriously. To ensure that your feel-good vacation in our hotel is also a culinary delight, our culinary team will enchant you daily in the park restaurant with our rich vitality breakfast and a 4-course menu of your choice in the evening (included when booking the Deimann pampering half board).

Start the day perfectly: In the elegant, cozy ambience of the Pond Pavilion, you can enjoy our varied and rich breakfast buffet with small and large delicacies, numerous coffee and tea specialties, freshly squeezed juices, a well-stocked range of bread and rolls and other baked goods, hot and cold delicacies, a wide variety of meat, fish and cheese, delicious egg and dairy dishes, regional delicacies, fresh fruit variations and muesli for a morning vitamin kick.
TIP: Breakfast also available for non-hotel guests subject to availability.

As part of our indulgent half-board, you have the choice between a variety of varied four-course evening menus, which are freshly prepared for you. Our park restaurant offers you culinary highlights every day that leave nothing to be desired. Of course, vegetarians will also be happy with us: our chefs are happy to prepare regional, fresh and vegetarian delicacies for you.

Enjoy coffee & cake and small snacks during the day in our bar restaurant. Our varying and varied daily menu offers you a wide selection of food and drinks! In the evening, house guests and external guests can enjoy our large à la carte selection for dinner.

GARDEN BISTRO
Adjacent to our spacious wellness area is our pretty garden bistro. From our bistro menu, you can enjoy small snacks and salads, freshly baked cakes and sweet ice cream specialties as well as hot coffee specialties and refreshing vitality drinks in a particularly relaxed and casual atmosphere. Of course, you can also relax in your bathrobe if you are taking a short break from swimming. When the weather is nice, our new sun terrace in the middle of the green hotel garden beckons!
