The German Hotel and Restaurant Association (DEHOGA) awards one to five stars for the classification of hotels according to an extensive list of criteria. The "Superior" designation we have just been awarded is given to top establishments that have achieved significantly more points than required in their category and is therefore the highest rating on the scale.

The dedication, precision craftsmanship, and seemingly inexhaustible creativity of the kitchen team, combined with the open atmosphere and warm service, regularly attract guests from all over North Rhine-Westphalia, Hesse, and far beyond to our gourmet restaurant. Consistent quality and innovative culinary creations led to the restaurant retaining its Michelin star for the eighth consecutive year in 2025.
