Our saltwater pool is the perfect place to simply let yourself drift. The outdoor pool with access directly from the wellness hotel gives you the feeling of gently floating in the sea. Our bio sauna uses light therapy in combination with gentle heat at temperatures between 50 and 60 °C. This intense yet gentle heat stimulates the circulation, strengthens the immune system and has a positive effect on mental well-being.
Nowhere else are infusions celebrated like in the popular, traditional Finnish sauna. With dry air, a temperature of around 90-100 °C and aromatic infusions, sauna sessions here are an incomparably sensual experience and a real highlight during your stay at our 5-star wellness hotel in NRW.
Although the steam bath temperature of 40 to 55 °C is well below the average of other saunas, you will really work up a sweat here. This is due to the high humidity, which is particularly good for your skin, your respiratory tract and your mucous membranes. Natural salt aerosols support this positive effect.
In our infrared sauna, you can enjoy mild temperatures between 35 and 50 °C - with the difference that your body is not heated by the outside temperature, but by the infrared rays from the inside out. A unique experience in which circulation and oxygen supply are stimulated and your muscles experience incomparable relaxation

A visit to our ancient Roman Tecaldarium is also recommended for heat-sensitive guests thanks to its low temperature of around 41 °C.
